It seems like Bob Easter has been in the real estate business forever. He earned the CRS and ABR designations. Over 33,000 Realtors hold this CRS designation representing only 5% of Realtors. He no longer is a member of either CRS or ABR, however his extensive knowledge gained from advance education courses and long history in business has earned him the respect of clients and the real estate industry.

While some of his close friends call him a "visionary" a "leading edge businessman and a futurist",few people know just how much experience and expertise he has.

To begin, Bob Easter is President and owner of Easter Ink, L.L.C. d.b.a. Easter and Easter, REALTORS. His firm has earned a sterling reputation with consumers due to informative and innovative marketing programs. He was the producer of a weekly half hour real estate television show and publisher of the Express, his own popular real estate newspaper.

Due to the success of his book - The 14 Home-Selling Secrets, The Mistakes Everyone Makes, he downsized his company to devote full time to writing and counseling consumers. He has been a guest on over 200 talk radio shows.

Bob is a leading advocate for protecting consumer rights. He originated the first seller's disclosure form to be used in Texas in 1986. Now that such disclosures are required by Texas law, Bob's form is again drawing national attention - because of its clarity, ease of use, and depth of questions.

But that's not all. He is past president of the Texas Circulation Management Association and the North West Area Chamber of Commerce as well as past Board Director of the Austin Chamber of Commerce. He's also an inventor holding a U.S. Patent and the author of an earlier book entitled The Numbers Game, about his experience in the newspaper business.

This busy man has also won numerous awards, including winning first place five times from the International Circulation Management Association.

But hold on! There's still more to Bob Easter. As a speaker, he addressed the American Press Institute at Columbia University and Reston, Virginia, Southern Newspaper Publishers Association, Austin Chamber of Commerce, Austin American-Statesman and Texas Daily Newspaper Association.

As a consultant he has worked with a wide range of organizations and publications. Bob and his wife, Carolyn, have a combined family of five adult children and six grandchildren.
